A Founding Salon Partner is an early salon that works closely with us to shape ChairSense before it goes public. You get full access to the platform, a locked-in founding rate, and direct influence on what features we build next. In exchange, you give us honest feedback and let us learn from your real appointment data.
How much does it cost? ▼
We are not publishing public pricing yet because we are still in the Founding Salon Partner phase. Founding Salon Partners get a preferential rate locked in permanently. Pricing will be discussed during the onboarding call once we understand your salon's needs.
Does it work with my booking platform? ▼
Yes. ChairSense runs alongside any booking platform — completely agnostic. Direct API connections for Square Appointments and MindBody. Client-requested API for Vagaro and Meevo. Universal email sync for any other platform that sends booking confirmation emails. Nothing gets installed on your booking system and nothing can break what you already have working.
What do I need to get started? ▼
An existing booking system (any platform that sends booking confirmations), a smartphone to receive text alerts, and about 15 minutes for setup. That is it. We handle the rest.
What if I want to stop? ▼
You can disconnect at any time. For email sync, you simply revoke the email connection. For API integrations, you revoke access in your platform settings. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees during the Founding Salon Partner period.
