How does deposit collection work? ▼
When our AI flags a high-risk appointment, ChairSense automatically sends a deposit request via Stripe. The client pays a small deposit to confirm, and if they no-show, you keep it. Stripe handles all card processing securely.
Can I switch plans later? ▼
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. When you upgrade, the new rate starts at the next billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.
